My Magazine....
Hi All
We a few friends are setting up a new website, for the college youths, which will include many things ranging from higher studies info to all love ke funde to a forum for discussions and a lot more in the making..
We are trying to make the USP for this site to be is magazine section ... where people can contribute anything from the mentioned topics , will tell about them later in the mail.
If everything goes well , we will be launching it by 1st of July 2006,
Some things are under construction, others are almost done....
But the major part is getting together a decent amount of data for the site... which we have to gather before launching it on the net.. also one of the major and most important part is NAME for the site, which should be catchy enough , also its domain should be available, as soon as these things set up.. we will be on the net..
and also if possible please fwd this ...

Glad to know that you want to contribute to the Magazine section. Well, what can I say... Welcome to the masti central....!
When you write articles, keep these things in mind:
- Use simple language.
- Where possible send us decent sized images (atleast 640 x 480 pixels) to go with the article.
Apart from the articles, we also need your feedback on the issue. And we don't just mean the good points .... let us know what you didn't like about the issue.

TRING TRING (SHORT NEWS ITEMS)
Campus News: This is a short news item (150 - 200 words) on the latest Happenings of your college. It could have anything ranging from" Strict /Weird rules" to " A new dhaba near so and so hostel"
Festival News: Let the world know about upcoming fests in your college. Make sure you are sending this info atleast a month before the fest day. Your writeup should include the following info: Name, Dates, List of Events, Special events.
College Bhasha: Has any particular cranky bhasha caught on in your college? Let the world know about it.
SPECIALS (LONGER ARTICLES)
Festival Reports: You can write about college festivals you have been to. Just make sure that you attend all the days! And send in the festival reports as soon as possible.
Students @ Work: Write an article on the activities of any society (Social service, Nature club, Dramatics society, etc) that's really active in your campus. You should preferably meet the society members and include their quotes in such an article.
Khaye Jao: You can write about any NEW eating joints you've been to. This restaurant review should preferably include the following info: Name, Address, Type of food served, Taste, Ambience, Service, and finally Budget.
Fashion Statement: A new fashion trend in your college? A cool new shop shop which houses clothes, accessories, etc? We wanna know about it. Again, make sure you include the approximate monetary damages involved.
The Sofa King: So you dig TV big time. Write about the latest shows appearing on the idiot box. Please make sure you are sending in reviews of serials that are maximum 2 weeks old. You can also write Point of Views on existing serials (Jassi, Saas Bahu serials, etc).Let the world know about it.
ADD ONs
Based on individual preferences you can send in articles related to
Love, Masti , Sports, Music,Rock and Movies.
